How to upload youtube songs to a laptop.?

I'm trying to upload a song or songs as a ringtone to www.ventones.com but need to know how to download/upload from youtube to the laptop computer first in a .MP3 ITUNES .IMA4 FILE - .WAV - .WMA or .OGG format(s). I hope that I have chosen the correct category for this question.
