Unfortunately for you, it is your responsibility to make your payments, regardless of bank error. The problem is that once they discover the problem (AND THEY ALWAYS DO) you will receive notice that you owe them immediately for all outstanding payments. So if you get away with out having to pay for 6 months, when they figure it out they'll demand 6 payments from you at once. OUCH. So call them right away and let them know.
