Epilepsy question, hemispherectomy?

would you travel out of state to see a different neuro? I live in MN and there is epilepsy care here but I still have seizures. how about hemispherectomy? the focal is unknown. the seizures are mive. tues I seized and woke up sat! these are going to kill me and im getting desperate
