How can I stop binge eating? :(?

Hey, don't worry you're not alone. I sometimes binge a lot, especially if I've lost a little weight I see it as an excuse to stuff my face like crazy. Try look at why you're binging, has anything brought you down lately? Anything upsetting you? Or maybe you feel you need to get some control on someth this is your way of doing it? Either way, its not that you're greedy or anything, all food issues are usually linked to something going on elsewhere in our lives. Try to write yourself a little menu for the day like '2 slices of toast for breakfast, apple and bag of crisps to snack, pasta for lunch' etc. Set an estimated time to eat them, from when you get up til your usual bedtime and check off each thing when you have it, and if you feel hungry between try grabbing a handful of raisins or something to keep you satisfied. The key is to eat when you're hungry, and not just when you want food (this is my problem big time haha) I'm sure you will get there :) hope this helped a little.
