How come it seems like all the conservatives in this section are trolls?

Why don't any of them offer anything of substance? Why is it always just ad hominem after ad hominem, a total failure to back up any and all "arguments", and a morbid disdain for anyone who doesn't completely align with their warped, fringe views? It's more like a cl of angry schoolchildren than an adult debate forum.
