I need to find out why i cant use a tampon by tonight?

A major problem with novice tampon users is that they try to insert it at the wrong angle. I went through this myself years ago until I was able to figure out that the angle of insertion is lower than I originally thought. I was trying to insert it almost straight up. The correct angle is to point it towards the small of your back. It should go in easier. Good luck.
