Last mission in GTA:San Andreas?

Your game progress is 51% because you have to complete all the side missions, find the hidden objects and etc. But there is one extra mission you can do by making a good relationship with the girl who works in the Casino. And nothing interesting really happens in the last clip. And that is the end of the game.
