Poor sound quality using Myxertones.com?

I'm trying to use myxertones.com to make some new ring tones for my cell phone. Each one I create and send to myself has a really poor sound quality though. I've tried setting the file format to WAV instead for a higher quality file but it sounds just as bad when playing on my Samsung U740. Any suggestions on how to fix/improve this situation?
