Unless you can show the exact deposit amounts you put into it, you really don't have a case.You stated that the money you put in was birthday money and chores for them, so that want hold up in court.I'm sorry but you just don't have enough evidence to have a strong legitamite law suit.Also if they gamble their money away you wouldn't ever get paid anyway.
