Im so tired of living in pain , i have intercostal neuralgia and im?

constantly in pain , my whole body just hurts all the time and i also suffer from severe depression . sometimes i cant even walk because my legs and feet hurt and are stiff , my back hurt all the time ,all ways tired no matter how much sleep i get and it seems to get worse as time goes by. also i noticed when its really hot or cold (from ac or weather) it makes my body hurt more and to be honest im sick and tired of it im only 31 and feel like im 90.. i need help my dr is retarded and i only get medi-cal (welfare insurance) so its hard to find another dr that accepts it . can any one please help me and tell me what it might be or what i can do ? i take ibuprofen and neurontin for pain because im allergic to any narcotics such as vicodin , codine ect. i try to eat good but i cant exersise .please someone care enough to answer
