Quick Football Championship advice!?

Should i play Tim Hightower(ARI) or Michael Bush(OAK)? We get one point per reception. Hightower is facing the St. Louis Rams, and is projected 16. But, Beanie Wells is clearly the featured back, so who knows if Hightower will get nada. Michael Bush, on the other hand, is playing a terrible Browns defense, projected 13 points, and had 133 rushing yards and a touchdown against Denver last week. Anyone want to give some opinion/ advice?
