What should i do with my 1 year old schnoodle?

my dog takes juice boxes eats them gets on counters and can open doors we walk him every day. eats underware. jerky and finds the chocolate we have in cabnets. he eats fish food, stolen from the counter thats 3 feet high. hes 25 pounds 1 years old named cody doja and he is a schnauzer poodle mix. we put him outside and he barks and barks at everything annnoys the neighbors. and we cant leave him in the garage because he will tear up stuff i nthere too. what should i do? im on the verge of bringing him to the pound. he is fixed so thats not a problem. we had to baby proof the cabnets i have downstairs. i trained him to sit stay laydown play dead. i have no clue please help before i get rid of him
